I think its persuade he/she was wanting us to do somthing
Persuade.It's tring to tell you to protect our environment.
I think its inform because its tells that by having less cars makes the air clean and people would be more healthy......
I think it is to persuade because it is persuading you that he/she should change the envioroment's pollution error. And that we should help.
We think the authors purpose is to pursade because it's telling you to ride bikes instead of cars because to save energy and air.
